Terms Conditions- Airte - Nokia Handset Bundle Offer. 1. The Airtel Nokia Prepaid Reverse Bundle Basic Offer Offer is being launched by Bharti Airtel Limited AIRTEL in conjunction with Nokia India Private Limited Nokia, in the Delhi Service Area. 2. This Offer is open for a limited period and shall continue until withdrawn by Nokia and AIRTEL or until the stocks last whichever is earlier. Upon the expiry of the Offer, AIRTEL and Nokia may extend the term of this Offer for such a period as they may deem fit and proper. 3. This Offer is valid on Nokia 1200 Black, Nokia 1208 Black Nokia 1650 Black wrt from 1st April 08 and packed especially for the purpose of this Offer collectively Handsets and is available only for those Customers opting for a new AIRTEL pre paid cellular connection. 4. Under this Offer, the Customer s shall be eligible to a free Airtel Prepaid Start Up Kit SUK at the time of purchasing the Handset s. 5. Under this Offer the Customer s shall be eligible to the following benefits in case they opt for a new prepaid Airtel connection with the Handset s, subject to the particular SIM card being used only with the Handset bought by the Customer s - I. Option One - One Year Validity i The Customer s may opt for a first recharge of Rs.95/- Rupees Ninety Five Only through the easy charge facility provided by AIRTEL to avail the following - a One 1 year validity from the date of activation. b Local Airtel to Airtel Mobile A2A talktime worth Rs.50/- Rupees Fifty Only per recharge for a consecutive period of six recharges from the date of activation. In order to avail this A2A talktime, the Customer would be required to get a minimum recharge of Rs.1,00/- Rupees One Hundred Only per month for a consecutive period of six 6 months from the date of activation. The afore mentioned free A2A shall be credited within 72 hours. It is clarified that the Customer s must exhaust the free A2A within the said month. The Customer shall not be entitled to carry forward any A2A talktime balance that there may be after the expiry of the said month. The free A2A talktime may be withdrawn by AIRTEL, in its sole discretion, without giving prior notice to the Customer s even before the expiry/withdrawal of this Offer. ii Further, Customer s must use the same SIM card with the same Handset bought by him/her for a minimum continuous period of twelve 12 months to continue enjoying the above benefits. In the event of a failure to do so AIRTEL shall reserve the right to withdraw the above benefits and such Customer s shall be migrated to a normal prepaid connection. II. Option Two - Lifetime Validity i In case the Customer s wishes to enroll for the benefits under this Option, then the Customer s must get the first recharge of Rs.195/- Rupees One Hundred and Ninety Five Only. ii The Customer s opting for this Option shall be eligible to the following benefits - a Free Lifetime Validity from the date of activation. The Lifetime Validity shall be concurrent with the validity of the Unified Access Service License granted by the Department of Telecommunication DoT, Ministry of Communications, that is, till November 28, 2014, which is extendable for such further periods as may be decided by the Government of India. b Initial talk time worth Rs.10/- Rupees Ten Only. c Processing Fee on subsequent talktime recharges to be as per bands specified i.e. Rs 1-100: 25, Rs 101-199: 15, Rs 200 above: NIL. d Minimum recharge condition of Rs 200/- in 180 running days. e The Lifetime Validity Option cannot be used by the Customer s in conjunction with any other offer/ promotion/ recharge schemes introduced by AIRTEL from time to time, unless specifically provided for otherwise f Further, Customer s must use the same SIM card with the same Handset bought by him/her for a minimum continuous period of twelve 12 months to continue enjoying the benefits of Lifetime Validity. In the event of a failure to do so AIRTEL shall reserve the right to withdraw the above benefits and such Customer s shall be migrated to a normal prepaid connection. 6. The benefits available under this Offer shall not be extended to those Customers who have availed of any similar/same/original Offer in the past. 7. It is reiterated that the above mentioned benefits, shall only be extended to the Customer s only when the Customer s opts for the entire bundle deal handset along with the SIM. In the event that the SIM is bought by the Customer without the Handset and/or the SIM is used with some other Handset before the expiry of the respective minimum periods mentioned above, AIRTEL shall have the right to withdraw the afore said benefits. In the event of such a happening, AIRTEL shall not be under any obligation to reinstate the benefits under any circumstances. 8. The Airtel Prepaid Connection is subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the Airtel Prepaid Enrolment Form APEF. The Customer s shall have to complete all the documentation formalities i.e. inter alia filling up the APEF along with submissions of necessary documents etc. as specified by AIRTEL. 9. The activation of Airtel Prepaid connection shall be done subject to fulfillment of all statutory and AIRTEL s formalities and payment of applicable charges. 10. AIRTEL reserves the right to disconnect any Airtel Prepaid connection at any stage, without any prior notification, in case of non-fulfillment of formalities or in case wrong/inaccurate information is furnished by the customer. In the event of cancellation of Airtel Prepaid connection for reasons mentioned hereinabove or for any other reason, whatsoever, due to default of the customer, all monies paid along with benefits under the offer shall be ceased/forfeited. 11. The benefits under this Offer are neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances. No substitution shall be given nor any exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or in any other form shall be allowed under any circumstance. No carry forward of benefit is permissible. 12. Under this Offer, AIRTEL shall be only responsible for the activations and post subscription services. It shall, however, be the responsibility of the Handset manufacturer to ensure the quality and subsequent warranty of the Handsets under this Offer and AIRTEL shall not be in any manner whatsoever responsible or liable for the same. 13. The Handsets carry manufacturers warranty and AIRTEL is neither responsible for nor does it guarantee the quality of the Handsets under.
